1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and sign-in records.
• Uploaded and generated content: photos, generated images, generated videos, and related task information.
• Purchase information: order reference, selected credit pack, amount, currency, payment status, billing country, and limited payment details supplied for the transaction. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
• Usage information: selected resolution, credit activity, generation status, downloads, referral information, device details, IP address, browser information, timestamps, and error logs.
• Support information: messages, task references, order references, and files you submit when requesting help.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process photo uploads, generate and deliver videos, manage credits and purchases, display order and generation history, prevent fraud and prohibited content, respond to support requests, enforce our policies, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Photos and generated videos

Uploaded photos and generated media are used to complete your requested generation and make the result available in your account. Bulin 47 AI does not sell uploaded photos or generated videos. Neither Bulin 47 AI nor the service providers acting on its behalf are authorized to use them for AI model training.

Upload only content you have the right to use. NSFW content, photos of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, and all other content prohibited by the Content Policy are strictly forbidden.

4. When information is shared

We share information only with:

• Service providers that perform account sign-in, media processing, file delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, hosting, analytics, and customer support on our behalf.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, protects a person's safety, investigates fraud or abuse, or enforces our rights.
• A successor involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and similar storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember generation and checkout context, maintain core site functions, and understand service performance. Blocking essential cookies prevents account and generation features from working.

6. Data retention

Account information, uploaded photos, generated media, and generation history remain available while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify those records within 30 days unless they are required for an active dispute, fraud investigation, safety review, or legal obligation. Purchase and transaction records remain for the accounting and compliance period required by law.

Download completed videos you want to keep. Closing an account does not remove records that must be retained for payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

7. Security

We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so protect your sign-in account and notify us if you detect unauthorized access.

8. International processing

Information is processed in countries where we and our service providers operate. We apply safeguards required by applicable law when personal information is transferred across borders.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and appeal a denied request where local law provides that right.

10. Children and prohibited content

Bulin 47 AI is for adults aged 18 and older. Do not create an account for a child or upload a child's photo. We delete prohibited child-related or NSFW content and take enforcement action under the Content Policy.
