Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Bulin 47 AI, including accounts, photo uploads, AI video generation, credits, payments, and downloaded results.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing Bulin 47 AI, creating an account, uploading a photo, purchasing credits, or generating a video, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The service is not intended for children.

2. The service

Bulin 47 AI creates an AI-generated video from a photo you upload. You select an available resolution, review the displayed credit cost, submit the generation, and download a completed result from your account.

AI generation is probabilistic. Results differ between requests and do not guarantee exact likeness, facial consistency, hands, lip movement, clothing, background details, or suitability for a specific social platform. Generation times also vary according to demand.

3. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for your account, sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Use accurate information, keep access secure, and notify us through the Contact page if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

You must not share access for abusive purposes, create accounts to evade restrictions, interfere with the service, automate requests without permission, or use another person's payment method.

4. Rights to uploaded photos

You must own the uploaded photo or hold a valid license to use and transform it. You must also have informed consent from every adult shown in the photo. Both image rights and subject consent are required. Do not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone who has not agreed to the generation.

You retain your existing rights in your upload. You grant Bulin 47 AI a limited license to process, reproduce, transform, and deliver the upload solely to provide the requested service, enforce these Terms, protect users, and comply with law.

5. Content Policy — NSFW content is strictly prohibited

Bulin 47 AI strictly prohibits NSFW content in uploads, prompts, generated videos, profile information, and any other use of the service.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, fetish content, sexual services, or sexualized imagery.
  • Any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor. This rule has zero exceptions.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeurism, coercion, trafficking, or sexual violence.
  • Graphic gore, extreme violence, self-harm promotion, hateful abuse, threats, harassment, or content that targets a protected group.
  • Impersonation, fraud, deceptive endorsements, defamation, illegal activity, or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Malware, scraping, reverse engineering, payment circumvention, safety-filter evasion, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. Enforcement

We remove prohibited content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate the Content Policy. We also preserve and disclose information when required to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Serious child-safety threats and other unlawful material are reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Credits and payments

Credits are purchased in one-time packs and are used according to the cost displayed before generation. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be resold. You authorize the displayed charge when you complete a purchase.

Failed generations receive credit treatment under the Refund Policy. A completed generation uses the displayed credits even when the result differs from personal taste or expectations.

8. Generated content and intellectual property

You are responsible for reviewing every generated video before using or publishing it. You must follow applicable laws, platform rules, music licenses, disclosure requirements for AI-generated media, and the rights of every person shown or referenced.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent service. It does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, a record label, or a social platform. Access to this service does not grant rights to an artist's name, likeness, music, performance, or original footage.

9. Availability and suspension

We maintain the service with reasonable care, but uninterrupted access and error-free generation are not guaranteed. We can restrict access to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, address payment risk, or maintain the service.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service and generated results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your uploads, instructions, generated content, and publication decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Changes and contact

We post material updates on this page and update the review date. Your continued use after an update takes effect confirms acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be submitted using the Contact page.
